June is the month of meadow flowers, also in the Baltics. These pretty butterflies were busy feeding on the 'nectar' of these beautiful yellow flowers on a meadow near Nida on the Curonian Spit.
The butterflies are Aporia crataegi, a.k.a. the black-veined white (in German: Baum-Weißling).
