"maltese impressions in black and white (10 of several)"

breaking waves at the azure window, gozo - a worthy spectacle to behold! on quiet days, excursion boats cross under the arch and divers go down the "blue hole" nearby - unthinkable in conditions like these! in order to get a sense of proportion, see if you can spot the person on the right, in the white shirt, above the breaking wave!

The rock reminds me of the ice bridge is the Perito Moreno glacier here in southern Argentina. The picture is spectacular and it registered the bravery of the sea. Use of the person to show the magnificent rock formations is great... I have seen many professional and famous photographers do this... I love this photograph for several reasons and one of them for being in B&W. It seems to me that the panorama is straight out of a movie!
